Back home after six weeks of "van life" across Canada.
Once again, as I have done for the past 30+ years, I reflected on "the three most important questions of my career":
1. Am I enhancing my value in the marketplace?
2. Am I providing meaningful value to my clients or employer?
3. Am I being fairly compensated for the value I bring?
What strategies do you use to fuel those three aspects?
What key questions do you ask yourself about your career?
I can tell you, this time, my answers were quite different. My perspective has shifted toward an end-of-career approach even if I will pursue teaching and consulting with a few clients for some time.
