Data is only anonymous until someone finds a clever way to de-anonymize it.
This has been proven with browsing history, advanced GPU fingerprinting, favicons, and many more.
Here's a plausible scenario:
1) share something from #Facebook, #YouTube, #DropBox with a single person (or a list of people you know) (alternatively, you can make it public but restrict its visibility);
2) embed it on a site you control;
4) detect if the embedded code was shown (or not) using some JavaScript;
5) when this person (or someone from the list) visits the site, they are not anonymous anymore, you can know exactly who they are.
#NoConsentNoTracking always consider anonymity doesn't exist.
This is further explained in the Wired article linked in comments.
