#DigitalMarketingTips Last summer, I purchased the amazing Jackery Explorer 500. We used it a lot during the camping season, and it is a reliable source when the power goes out during the winter. I am a happy customer. So much that I'm willing to share some social love! I like receiving their newsletter. But... I noticed that the newsletter offers a nice 8 or 12% discount for the product I already own! Unless it is an incentive to upgrade, it's usually best not to send such discount emails - it can only frustrate customers who paid full price! Instead, take the opportunity to share product stories, care tips, do's and don'ts, and showcase your new product accessories - and yes, maybe include a discount on complementary items to thank your existing customers!
