Ever heard of the Council of Chief Privacy Officers of Canada?
Most haven’t. Yet, it’s where the top privacy pros from Canada’s biggest brands are quietly shaping the future of privacy. The CCPO provides a collaborative space for senior leaders to stay ahead of privacy trends, network with peers, and showcase their expertise.
I had the chance to present at their Calgary event a few months ago. Let’s just say… this group is no joke. One of the guest speakers was none other than Diane McLeod, Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta. The CCPO is regularly hosting thought leaders, their next event features Professor Mark Daley, Chief AI Officer at Western University, who will talk about the promises (and privacy risks) of AI (the event is for members only).
If you’re in privacy leadership and not part of this community yet—what are you waiting for?
