I haven't read this yet, but just wanted to say thank you Stéphane for speaking out about the ethical considerations of digital marketing and for taking on this initiative. Despite all the new regulations, the industry is still not giving due attention to these topics. Hopefully that will change.

Nice work Stéphane Hamel. As an idea, I would strengthen out the two key principles of Privacy by design and default. A clear focus on a limited to the purpose data retention (time) and data minimization would be of great benefit as ethical advice since they are among the most effective safeguards to protect PII and privacy-related data
